Retreat Objectives:
The focus of this year’s retreat was to teach individuals that happiness starts from within the very essence of the human mind. This state of positive thinking combined with traditional spiritual training forms would help people learn how to deal with life's hardships. The world today certainly is filled with multiple layers of hardships, stress and tragedies." These traditional forms if practiced regularly are therapeutic, rejuvenating and practical in nature.
